Illamasqua Human fundamentalism

Illamasqua have always been about celebrating your individuality, but the launch of a new collecton always leads to intrugue and excitment. Well, now the wait is over, and this Spring, they are making their mark with a 15 piece 'Human Fundamentalism' collection.

'Human fundamentalism is an explosion of your alter ego. It's
becoming who you are and not who you're told to be. Because
beauty isn't conformity, but the fundamental human desire to
express your inner self on the outside'

Let's take a closer look at the products:

Neutral palette, Fundamental palette and powder eye shadows

Scribe precision ink

Lipstick in Apocalips (teal) and Box (scarlet)

Nail varnish in Stance (mauve), Nomad (jade) and sealing gel

There's also a limited edition Au (gold) skin base foundation which you can just about see in the top photo.

I love the fact that no matter how bright the Illamasqua collection, there are always a couple of neutral/conservative shades. The neutral palette is so wearable, the deep scarlet 'box' lipstick looks beautiful and I love the gorgeous purple 'stance' nail varnish.

Human fundamentalism will be available both in stores and online from 14th March.

What do you think about the new collection? Do you prefer neutral or bright shades?

  2. Look at that neon green! Wow! I'm glad bold colours are back! Neutrals are nice but there a quota after seeing all those nude palettes popping up. Bring on the colours I say!
