Neom are probably best known for their scented candles, but did you know they also make an extensive range of bath and body products? I recently discovered this, and with Spring on the way, it seemed like the perfect time to test out their Real luxury organic body scrub:
Like their scented candles, the Real luxury organic body scrub smells amazing. I find the combination of lavender, jasmine and rosewood to be so relaxing, and it really does remind me of being at a spa. The essential oils are pretty strong already in the pot, but I think the scent really comes to life when you start rubbing it into your limbs and it comes into contact with body heat.
Some of the body scrubs I've tried in the past have been pretty feeble, but with this one you can really feel it getting to work. The sugar grains are coarse and gritty, but thanks to the oil suspension, it feels pampering rather than scratchy. A little goes a long way with this body scrub and I find using it once a week is enough to keep any dry patches at bay.
Speaking of the oil, it contains added safflower, jojoba and vitamin E which leaves my skin feeling extra soft and nourished. After rinsing, the oil leaves behind a light film on my skin. It's not greasy or anything, but do bear in mind that it may cause streaks so not one to use when you're fake tanning. I rather like it though as it means I can jump straight into bed without having to bother with body lotion.
