Project bathroom update

It's been a while since I've done a project bathroom post, but I'm pleased to say, that since my last update I've managed to finish a grand total of 15 items:

(click on the links below for my review)

Dove go fresh shower gel 250ml (all the way from Corfu!)
Akin unscented very gentle shampoo 225ml

A'kin mandarin shampoo 225ml
A'kin orange blossom body wash 225ml

No 7 cleanse and care eye make up remover 100ml

Soap and glory the righteous butter 300ml
Cutex strengthening nail varnish remover 200ml
Aveeno moisturising creamy oil 300ml

Siana anti-ageing hand cream 125ml
The body shop hemp hand protector 100ml

L'oreal solar expertise matte fluid protection spf 50 50ml
Maybelline the falsies mascara 9ml

Bloom full and flirty waterproof mascara 8ml

2x No 7 radiance boosting hot cloth cleanser 200ml

I've got a lot more to finish, but instead of using different products all the time, I'm going to try and stick to one thing, so hopefully I'll get through them all a lot quicker!

Are you doing something similar? If so how are you getting on with project bathroom?

  5. Well done on using up all these products!
I really like that L'Oreal suncream, love how it isn't sticky or greasy.
I've used up a showergel and two old mascaras this week and have been very discliplined with my Boots shops so for the first time in forever I actually NEED to buy some new products! x

  8. I've always wondered if there was 'Project Pan' type of phrase for bath and body stuff. Project Bathroom sums it up pretty good!

I have eight shelves in my bathroom and one shelf I reserve for things that are nearly empty I'm constantly moving things around so that James and I know what needs finishing. He doesn't use my body scrubs but he uses all my shower gels and face things so all my (our) stuff get used.

You've done really well here are you going to treat yourself to some new things soon?

  9. It's always SO much easier finishing bathroom products than makeup! When I did my project 10 pan last year I finished only 2 makeup things and the rest was moisturisers and stuff like that! Always satisfying to finish anything though, what strange creatures we girls are! Well, it just means we have more space for more stuff I suppose!x

  10. Skin Scrubs - Having a shelf for nearly finished products is such a good idea! It's good that James helps you finish things as well, I wish my boyfriend used more of my face products!

I don't really need anything at the moment, but because I'm not spending that much on toiletries and maybe because of blogging, I do like to treat myself to some high end products every now and again x

  11. StellieStellina - Definitely, I find it near impossible to finish make up and you're right about how satisfying it is! Writing this post has made me determined to try harder now so hopefully in a few months I'll have a lot more finished products x

  13. corsets, crafts and cupcakes - Thank you. I think we're all guilty of buying too many things, but good luck with it, if you stick to one thing at a time, I'm sure it wont take you long to finish a few items x
